Special order items, installed lights and ceiling fans, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Special Orders may not be cancelled once shipped from the vendor. Custom orders can only be cancelled prior to production and are not returnable. Naples Lamp Shop cannot guarantee any arrival date due to possible shipping or supplier delays.
